PARTICIPANTS MUST BE/HAVE:

  • 22-29 years old
  • Very good English
  • Culinary experience:
    • either a culinary degree/certificate from a non-vocational institution and 1 year of culinary experience
    • or no degree and 5 years of culinary experience. 
  • willing to return to Mongolia upon successful completion of the program
  • interested in learning about the culture and people of the United States
  • Able to pay the expenses including Housing Deposit, rental fees, meals, international airfare and domestic transportation in the USA
